Cancellation Policy
If running a little late, please understand that every effort will be made to still deliver the service. However, appointments may have to be rescheduled. We request at least a 24-hour notice in the event of a cancellation, as we may be able to accommodate another guest. Please be aware that a credit card will be required to hold an appointment time. Any appointments that are canceled prior to a 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service, and all no shows are subject to 100% of the service charge.
